Calendar – (all grades) post class and building events for parent communication.

Homework - relevant homework posted in a homework folder for parent reference (K-5) and student reference (2-5)

Groups - join your building group (and grade level group.

Updates – use the update feature to update students and parents on happenings

Teachers are to create folders in their course(s) for their students per content area and add curriculum resources for all classes in each course. (ie. upload class notes, power points, videos etc.) in to related content folders.

Posting Assignments in grades 3-5 (optional)

Actively use Schoology throughout the year

All parent communication (excludes individual parent e-mails) from the teacher to the parent should go through Schoology. Newsletters, notes, and updates should all be communicated through Schoology.
